How many people did God kill in the Bible?

It’s impossible to say for sure, but plenty.  How many did God drown in the flood or burn to death in Sodom and Gomorrah?  How many first-born Egyptians did he kill?  There’s just no way to count them all.


This list doesn’t include those figures.

      The Old Testament God is actually Satan who todays Christians have been duped into believing is the Father of our Christ .. Haven’t you read John:8 44-47 ? Jesus said he was to carry his fathers word to the Nations so is it believable that Jesus would stand by a murderer?

    A long reply that I have! Then I go back to my life..haw.
    Actually, God is so Sovereign, Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent that recognizing how many deaths tells one that He can wipe out the whole race of mankind if He wanted. Yet He is still hoping we can get it right even today, because it is by free will that we choose His Son’s gift. In the Old Testament man was under the law of righteousness yet in the New man is under the law of grace.
    In the time of Noah, they drowned. A question? How does black mold spread? Exponentially, like a viscious virus started by single infection. They were wiped out.
    God is jealous God–for YOU. Number one commandment-thous shall have no other gods before me. A contrite heart comes to repentance because of the realization of the kindness of the Lord.
    Judas did not have to kill himself–he was under remorse instead of repentance that could have been brought to the cross; He would have been forgiven even though it seemed he was predestined by God to commit his act of betrayal. There’s a lesson in remorse vs. repentance.
    The enemy neither can interfere, he is submitted to Jesus. Why should he care about the lost? He has no contention there. But Jesus does. He was lowered from His throne to become a servant.
    Because the enemy runs rampid on earth right now as prophecied by scripture, messing with people’s imaginations, it is not for long. Our thoughts –we are instructed to take captive to His Word.
    It states that among the winds to beware the EAST wind.This does NOT mean ALL muslims are horrific people symbolic of the terrorist -whom are concerned with our involvement in their “jihad” or “struggle.”
    Please do not take this as offense, as it is highly controversial, yet 9-11 was a sign–it was a sign that was caused by GREED; The terrorists decided to bomb the economic center as such. Everything with the abbreviations of WTC were wiped out that day. The answer as to why fallen heroes and innocent people had to die that day–I do not know, God does not interfere with free will and when man chooses evil. Man pays the consequences himself, until he is defenseless in his own regard and needs the Lord like a….”lawyer” who will act with His mercy in order to renew and rearrange.
    Why do children die of cancer…one should not dare to say because of a lack of faith; I do believe in intelligent design and we are fallen generations as a humanity, otherwise we would not need His Son.
    Yet these are historical times, and there will be a cure for cancer through the biomedical sciences and blind people will be able to see, taking out the gene for Alzheimers, prototypes hearts designed for newborn who have a congenital heart defect are such things that are all around the corner that also will bring ethical debates in our increasing capacities
    . Greater miracles than I, Jesus said we would have. Whew …long answer! Still, His ways, His thoughts, are way above mine. So before we print off how mean God is by focusing on phrases out of context, what does one have to lose by believing anyway? And it is not like believeing in the tooth fairy either, there are just too many people who DO believe to be wrong, because they know that the God given void in their heart is meant for Him only to fill, no matter how rich or poor, single or married, and when it is filled, they cannot help but talk about Him and give praise because He is that good and loving.
    Perhaps a radical statement, but Muhammed,in his very first early years near Medina, was influenced by Christians and Jews passing by caravan through Mecca, as foreign merchants trading there and commercial fairs; It is too bad that he encountered violence at a young age and reacted to it causing him spiritual stress later on his life to solve his religious perplexities. Nevertheless the Qur’an contains references that indicate his curiosity was aroused by exposition of these faiths that he so heard. Genesis 21:9-21 tells of the story of Hagar, who was expelled from Abraham’s tent and came with her son Ishmael to a barren valley. Yet, The Lesser Pilgrimage that became the Greater Pilgrimage so symbolic of the Islam religion is based on the “fabled event” of Hagar despairingly looking for water in anguish as her child was dying of thirst, left him on the hot earth and he kicked his heels into the ground, and the waters of Zamzam welled up into the depression.
    Anyway, the earlier influences of Muhammed’s life that led him to believe in Allah (who upholds the right against any wrong) will be dismissed as irrelevant overshadowed by the belief that Muhammad was revealed directly in angelic form, and therefore the Qur’an could not possibly be his very own work. Long story short, when Muhammad came to overcome his doubts and believe that Allah was using him as a mouthpiece, half in trance to reveal revelations, Arabia was being provided with a scripture –of later date and greater authority than the Jews and Christians. He was descended from the tribe of Hashimite, and his father was Quraysh.
    All I know is Jesus never doubted Himself in who He was through His Father, and He was the ONLY prophet to make it to the cross.

    W.T.H is this. God is most powerful. whether you call him Allah (as I do) or whatever, he kills what he wants. he created us, we are mere slaves, created with the sole intention of worshipping Allah, how can you question who he killed?? Are these deaths disproven in the Quraan??? what gives you the right to judge or slander Allah’s choice to take the lives back that he lent to us?

    He’s got the POWER to do as he wills. he says be and it is:

    We all are children of Almighty God His ways and His thought are higher than ours,we are His creation and He loves us all no matter what race we are God does not owe any one an expaination. Love one another as God so Loved the world He gave His only begotten son for our sins we are all sinner faith that Jesus died for our sins by the Grace of God we are saved thats how much God Loves each and every one of us!!!
